Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Grassland butter
- 4 teaspoons Grassland butter divided
- 4 plant-based burgers of choice
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season plant burger with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add burgers.
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side (varies depending on plant burger), basting with butter throughout. Add cheese.
- Transfer burgers to buns. Top each with 1 teaspoon butter.
- Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or toppings of choice.
