Ingredients
For Peaches:
- 6 large peaches sliced
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
For Crumble:
- 1 stick Grassland butter melted
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Slice the peaches evenly and place in a large bowl. Add remaining peach ingredients and mix until the peaches are covered. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until it resembles crumbs.
- Pour the peaches into a large baking dish, then the crumb topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake 50- 55 minutes, or until the top is golden and the peaches are bubbling.
