Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Grassland Butter
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 5 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to its package directions.
- In a large skillet, melt Grassland butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice and stir until combined.
- Turn off heat and add the Greek yogurt and lemon zest, and stir to combine once again.
- Turn heat back on low and transfer cooked pasta to pan with Greek yogurt mixture.
- Combine pasta and sauce. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
