Ingredients
- 2 lb small lamb chops
- 2 tbsp Grassland butter
- ¼ cup rosemary, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Combine rosemary and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Press lamb chops into mixture and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heatGrassland butter. Working in batches, cook lamb until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Continue until all lamb chops are cooked.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
