Give gourmet flavor easily to any vegetable or steak.
½ cup of Unsalted Grassland Butter
2 garlic cloves
A pinch of salt and pepper-to-taste
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped Parsley (optional)
Soften butter at room temperature.
Roughly chop peeled garlic cloves. Add a pinch of salt. Press into a paste.
Place softened Grassland Unsalted Butter into mixing bowl and add garlic paste. If desired add fresh parsley.
Add pinch of pepper- or get a bigger kick with a pinch of paprika.
Mix thoroughly with fork and lay out mixture on grease proof paper. Roll into shape and twist ends of paper to seal. Chill until firm.
Remove from paper and slice it up.
If properly stored (in the fridge and in a sealed container) the butter can last up to 2 weeks.
