Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Unsalted Grassland Butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- A pinch of salt and pepper-to-taste
- 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped Parsley optional
Instructions
- Soften butter at room temperature.
- Roughly chop peeled garlic cloves. Add a pinch of salt. Press into a paste.
- Place softened Grassland Unsalted Butter into mixing bowl and add garlic paste. If desired add fresh parsley.
- Add pinch of pepper- or get a bigger kick with a pinch of paprika.
- Mix thoroughly with fork and lay out mixture on grease proof paper. Roll into shape and twist ends of paper to seal. Chill until firm.
- Remove from paper and slice it up.
- If properly stored (in the fridge and in a sealed container) the butter can last up to 2 weeks.
