2 tablespoons Grassland butter
1 large squash
1 pinch sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup shredded cheese
1 cup favorite canned sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully halve spaghetti squash lengthwise.
Use a large spoon to scrape out the seeds, and stringy parts of the squash.
Brush the clean squash with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Place open-faced down on baking
sheet. Roast for 45 minutes, or until squash is tender. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Once slightly cool, flip squash flesh-side up and use a fork to scrape out the “spaghetti” strings.
