½ cup Grassland butter, melted
1 cup 2% milk
2 ¼ cups self-rising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Combine flour, sugar and milk in a large bowl until doughlike.
Create a floured surface and lay out dough to ½ inch thickness. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and cut into 3×2 inch pieces, molding into circles.
Pour half of the butter into the bottom of an ungreased baking pan. Transfer dough pieces to the baking pan. Brush remaining Grassland butter over the top of the biscuits.
Bake uncovered until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
