Ingredients
- ½ cup Grassland butter melted
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 ¼ cups Self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- Combine flour, sugar and milk in a large bowl until doughlike.
- Create a floured surface and lay out dough to ½ inch thickness. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and cut into 3x2 inch pieces, molding into circles.
- Pour half of the butter into the bottom of an ungreased baking pan. Transfer dough pieces to the baking pan. Brush remaining Grassland butter over the top of the biscuits.
- Bake uncovered until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
