Summer Peach Crumble

For Peaches:
6 large peaches, sliced
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

For Crumble:
1 stick Grassland butter, melted
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350°. Slice the peaches evenly and place in a large bowl. Add remaining peach ingredients and mix until the peaches are covered. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until it resembles crumbs.

Pour the peaches into a large baking dish, then the crumb topping evenly over the peaches.

Bake 50- 55 minutes, or until the top is golden and the peaches are bubbling.

Serve warm and with your favorite ice cream.
