Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Grassland butter melted
- 3 medium yellow zucchini sliced
- 1 large onion peeled and cut
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Brush onion and zucchini evenly with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill vegetables over medium heat, turning once, until tender, about 18 to 20 minutes. Move vegetables as needed for even cooking.
- Transfer vegetables to a platter. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
