Heat grassland butter on a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef. Once beef is browned, add taco seasoning and put aside.
Heat Grassland butter on a separate skillet over low-medium heat and place your flour tortilla on the pan. While tortilla is browning, assemble your quesadilla starting with the refried beans, to beef, to avocado, to mozzarella cheese.
Once assembled, flip one side of the quesadilla over to create a fold. Let cook on its side. Once you see the cheese start to melt (4-6 minutes), flip the quesadilla over and let the other side cook.
Once the bottom side is down and the tortilla is browning, remove from heat.
Place on a serving dish and cut each tortilla into three pieces. Top with cilantro to create an easily shareable and delicious quesadilla.
