Greek Yogurt Lemon Pasta

Juice of 1 lemon

non-fat Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to its package directions.
In a large skillet, melt Grassland butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice and stir until combined.
Turn off heat and add the Greek yogurt and lemon zest, and stir to combine once again.
Turn heat back on low and transfer cooked pasta to pan with Greek yogurt mixture.
Combine pasta and sauce. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
