Greek Yogurt Lemon Pasta

Materials

  • 3 tbsp Grassland Butter
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to its package directions.
  • In a large skillet, melt Grassland butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice and stir until combined.
  • Turn off heat and add the Greek yogurt and lemon zest, and stir to combine once again.
  • Turn heat back on low and transfer cooked pasta to pan with Greek yogurt mixture.
  • Combine pasta and sauce. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
