Breakfast Pizza

Materials

  • 3 tbsp Grassland butter, melted
  • 1 11-inch dough crust
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 sausage links
  • 1 slice pork roll
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Whisk 3 scrambled eggs in a bowl. Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet; add eggs. Cook 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat; set aside.
  • Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet; add two over easy eggs. Cook 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat; set aside.
  • Prepare sausage and pork roll as well and set aside.
  • Form pizza dough by rolling out and creating a circle as well as the crust. Lightly brush the middle of the crust with butter. Place the crust onto a lined baking sheet and use a fork to make holes across the top of the dough to prevent bubbles.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until the top of the crust is a light golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and start layering on your toppings.
  • Once you have added all the toppings to your pizza, bake the pizza for another 5 minutes or until the toppings are just warmed through and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let the pizza rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the crust to firm up a bit.
