Strawberry Fruit Butter

Materials

  • 2 sticks Grassland butter, softened
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and combine.
  • Slowly add in strawberries while continuing to mix. Combine until butter is light pink and creamy.
  • Remove from mixing bowl and serve immediately. Refrigerate after use.
