Course: Dessert
Keyword: All Things Baking, Sweets & Kid Friendly

Materials

  • 6 tablespoons Grassland butter
  • 6 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
  • Natural food dye in rainbow colors

Instructions

  • Line an 8”x8” baking pan with foil, and spray. Make sure to leave a little extra foil on the sides to help when removing the fudge.
  • Combine one cup of white chocolate chips, one tablespoon of butter, and ½ cup sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat this until the white chocolate chips are fully melted, and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add red food color until desired color is achieved. Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat above steps with colors of your choice, layering one on top of the other, or making one simple layer. Put into the fridge to cool for 30 minutes between layers.
  • Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in a large microwaveable bowl. Zap in the microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired.
  • Pour into a well-greased 8×8-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
