Vegetarian Butter Basted Plant Burger

Materials

  • 2 tablespoons Grassland butter
  • 4 teaspoons Grassland butter divided
  • 4 plant-based burgers of choice
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season plant burger with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add burgers.
  • Cook 2-3 minutes on each side (varies depending on plant burger), basting with butter throughout. Add cheese.
  • Transfer burgers to buns. Top each with 1 teaspoon butter.
  • Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or toppings of choice.
