Keto Buttered Spaghetti Squash

Materials

  • 2 tablespoons Grassland butter
  • 1 large squash
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Optional:

  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup favorite canned sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Carefully halve spaghetti squash lengthwise.
  • Use a large spoon to scrape out the seeds, and stringy parts of the squash.
  • Brush the clean squash with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Place open-faced down on baking
  • sheet. Roast for 45 minutes, or until squash is tender. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
  • Once slightly cool, flip squash flesh-side up and use a fork to scrape out the “spaghetti” strings.
