Keto Garlic Butter over Filet

Give gourmet flavor easily to any vegetable or steak.

Materials

  • 1/2 cup of Unsalted Grassland Butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A pinch of salt and pepper-to-taste
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped Parsley optional

Instructions

  • Soften butter at room temperature.
  • Roughly chop peeled garlic cloves. Add a pinch of salt. Press into a paste.
  • Place softened Grassland Unsalted Butter into mixing bowl and add garlic paste. If desired add fresh parsley.
  • Add pinch of pepper- or get a bigger kick with a pinch of paprika.
  • Mix thoroughly with fork and lay out mixture on grease proof paper. Roll into shape and twist ends of paper to seal. Chill until firm.
  • Remove from paper and slice it up.
  • If properly stored (in the fridge and in a sealed container) the butter can last up to 2 weeks.
