Cinnamon Sugar Buttercream Icing

Materials

  • 2 sticks Grassland butter softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add softened Grassland butter into a standard mixer and beat until light. Add powdered sugar and mix on low until incorporated
  • Add vanilla to butter/sugar mixture, and continue to beat on low.
  • Add in milk, and beat on medium speed until frosting has become thinner and more creamy.
  • Add Cinnamon. Mix on low until the Cinnamon is completely incorporated. The frosting should be dotted with cinnamon sugar.
  • Once combined, transfer the mixture to a piping bag to add to your favorite treat. We tried a traditional holiday babka.
