Sauteed Veggie Wrap

Materials

  • 1 tbsp Grassland butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 wrap of your choice
  • ½ tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup green beans
  • 4 heirloom carrots
  • ¼ cup caramelized onions
  • ¼ cup butternut squash
  • 2 stalks bibb lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet.Add green beans, caramelized onions, tomatoes, butternut squash, and heirloom carrots. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes more. Season with salt, and pepper.
  • Add bibb lettuce to the bottom of the wrap.Assemble sauteed vegetables next to the lettuce.
  • Roll into a wrap and cut in half.
