Edible Eggless Cookie Dough Balls

Materials

  • 1 stick unsalted Grasslandbutter, softened
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Use a stand mixer on medium high to cream together the butter and brown sugar. Once combined, add the vanilla and salt. Mix for 5-6 seconds.
  • Add flour to the mixture, then the milk. The consistency will look like normal cookie dough.
  • Add in the mini chocolate chips half a cup at a time.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the cookie dough into balls. Roll on parchment paper and set aside.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for immediate use, and frozen.
