Edible Eggless Cookie Dough Balls

unsalted Grasslandbutter, softened

packed brown sugar

all-purpose flour

whole milk

vanilla

mini milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Use a stand mixer on medium high to cream together the butter and brown sugar. Once combined, add the vanilla and salt. Mix for 5-6 seconds.
Add flour to the mixture, then the milk. The consistency will look like normal cookie dough.
Add in the mini chocolate chips half a cup at a time.
Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the cookie dough into balls. Roll on parchment paper and set aside.
Leftovers can be refrigerated for immediate use, and frozen.
