Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted Grasslandbutter, softened
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup mini milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Use a stand mixer on medium high to cream together the butter and brown sugar. Once combined, add the vanilla and salt. Mix for 5-6 seconds.
- Add flour to the mixture, then the milk. The consistency will look like normal cookie dough.
- Add in the mini chocolate chips half a cup at a time.
- Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the cookie dough into balls. Roll on parchment paper and set aside.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for immediate use, and frozen.
