Garlic Butter Lamb Chops

Materials

  • 2 lb small lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp Grassland butter
  • ΒΌ cup rosemary, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine rosemary and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Press lamb chops into mixture and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heatGrassland butter. Working in batches, cook lamb until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Continue until all lamb chops are cooked.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
