Summer Peach Crumble

Materials

For Peaches:

  • 6 large peaches sliced
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

For Crumble:

  • 1 stick Grassland butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Slice the peaches evenly and place in a large bowl. Add remaining peach ingredients and mix until the peaches are covered. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until it resembles crumbs.
  • Pour the peaches into a large baking dish, then the crumb topping evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake 50- 55 minutes, or until the top is golden and the peaches are bubbling.

Notes

Serve warm and with your favorite ice cream.
