Summer Squash and Basil

Materials

  • 3 tablespoons Grassland butter melted
  • 3 medium yellow zucchini sliced
  • 1 large onion peeled and cut
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Brush onion and zucchini evenly with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grill vegetables over medium heat, turning once, until tender, about 18 to 20 minutes. Move vegetables as needed for even cooking.
  • Transfer vegetables to a platter. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
