Ginger Snap Cookies

Materials

  • ¾ cup of Unsalted Grassland Butter
  • 1/4 cup of molasses
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Melt butter, and combine with beaten egg into a mixing bowl.
  • Add all remaining ingredients in with butter and egg mixture.
  • Roll dough into small balls.
  • Place on greased cookie sheet, press with fork.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
