Vegetarian Cauliflower Fritters

Materials

  • 2 tbsp Grassland butter
  • 5 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flower
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil to fry

Instructions

  • Add cauliflower florets into the food processor and process until minced.
  • Transfer the minced cauliflower into a bowl and add eggs, flour, butter, and baking powder. Mix everything well. The mixture should not be too moist, if so add more flour.
  • Use an ice cream scoop form small patties. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the patties on medium heat, 2 minutes per side.
    Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
