Vegetarian Cauliflower Fritters

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Grassland butter
5 cups chopped cauliflower
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil to fry

Instructions:
Add cauliflower florets into the food processor and process until minced.

Transfer the minced cauliflower into a bowl and add eggs, flour, butter, and baking powder. Mix everything well. The mixture should not be too moist, if so add more flour.

Use an ice cream scoop form small patties. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the patties on medium heat, 2 minutes per side.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
