Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Grassland butter
- 5 cups chopped cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flower
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil to fry
Instructions
- Add cauliflower florets into the food processor and process until minced.
- Transfer the minced cauliflower into a bowl and add eggs, flour, butter, and baking powder. Mix everything well. The mixture should not be too moist, if so add more flour.
- Use an ice cream scoop form small patties. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the patties on medium heat, 2 minutes per side.Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
