Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops, rinsed and padded dry
- 3 tbsp Grassland Grass Fed ghee
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat 1.5 tablespoons of Grassland Grass Fed ghee on a skillet until melted and sputtering. Season scallops (front and back) with salt and ground pepper.
- Add scallops to the skillet. Flip scallop after two minutes. Add the rest of the ghee once flipped, and allow scallop to sear for another two minutes
- Serve scallops immediately.
