Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tbsp Grassland butter
- 1¼ tsp pumpkin spice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine the oats, milk, water, butter, pumpkin, and pumpkin spice. Whisk to combine. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and brown sugar to taste. Top with chopped pecans, maple syrup, or more Grassland butter.
