Chocolate Butter Icing

So creamy, so yummy, so simple.

6 tablespoons of Unsalted Grassland Butter
2⅓ cups of confectioners sugar
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup of dark chocolate cocoa powder
⅓ cup of whole milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Beat butter for one minute on medium setting of stand mixer until it is smooth.

Add confectioners sugar and cocoa powder to the bowl and beat until combined.

With the stand mixer running on low, slowly stream the milk and vanilla extract into bowl.

Add salt and continue beating until well combined. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Increase the speed to high and beat mixture for 2 more minutes.

Use the frosting immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
