Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons of Unsalted Grassland Butter
- 2⅓ cups of confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup of whole milk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Beat butter for one minute on medium setting of stand mixer until it is smooth.
- Add confectioners sugar and cocoa powder to the bowl and beat until combined.
- With the stand mixer running on low, slowly stream the milk and vanilla extract into bowl.
- Add salt and continue beating until well combined. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Increase the speed to high and beat mixture for 2 more minutes.
- Use the frosting immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
